Owner Trustee and Trust Agent May Own Residual Interest Instruments and Notes. The Owner Trustee and the Trust Agent, each in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Residual Interest Instruments or Notes and may deal with the Depositor, the Insurer, the Administrator, the Indenture Trustee and the Servicer in banking transactions with the same rights as it would have if it were not Owner Trustee or Trust Agent, as the case may be.
