Common use of Owner Trustee Fees and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Owner Trustee Fees and Expenses. The Owner Trustee shall receive as compensation for its services hereunder the Owner Trustee Fee (beginning on the 13th Payment Date), and the Owner Trustee shall be reimbursed pursuant to Section 6.07 of the Indenture for its reasonable expenses hereunder and under the Basic Documents, including the reasonable compensation, expenses and disbursements of such agents, representatives, experts and counsel as the Owner Trustee may reasonably employ in connection with the exercise and performance of its rights and its duties hereunder and under the Basic Documents. Any amounts owing to the Owner Trustee hereunder in excess of such amounts shall be paid pursuant to a separate side agreement or as provided in Section 5.01 hereof.
