Common use of Owner Trustee Fees and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Owner Trustee Fees and Expenses. The Owner Trustee shall be paid for its services hereunder, including the reasonable compensation, expenses and disbursements of such agents, representatives, experts and counsel as the Owner Trustee may reasonably employ in connection with the exercise and performance of its rights and its duties hereunder and under the Basic Documents pursuant to a separate side agreement or as provided in Section 5.01 hereof.

Owner Trustee Fees and Expenses. The Owner Trustee shall be paid entitled to receive, as compensation for its services hereunder, including the reasonable compensation, owner trustee fee and reimbursement of any expenses and disbursements of such agents, representatives, experts and counsel as incurred by it in the Owner Trustee may reasonably employ in connection with the exercise and performance of its rights and its duties hereunder (including, but not limited to, reasonable fees and under the Basic Documents pursuant to expenses of counsel) as set forth in a separate side agreement between the Depositor or as provided in Section 5.01 hereofan Affiliate thereof and the Owner Trustee.
