Owner Trustee, Master Servicer and Securities Administrator May Own Notes. The Owner Trustee, the Master Servicer and the Securities Administrator in their respective individual capacities, or in any capacity other than as Owner Trustee, Master Servicer or Securities Administrator hereunder, may become the owner or pledgee of any Notes with the same rights they would have if they were not Owner Trustee, Master Servicer or Securities Administrator, as applicable, and may otherwise deal with the parties hereto.
