Owner Trustee Not Liable for Certificates or Receivables. The Owner Trustee makes no representations as to the validity or sufficiency of this Agreement or of the Certificates or of the Notes (other than the execution by the Owner Trustee on behalf of the Trust of, and the certificate of authentication on, the Certificates). The Owner Trustee shall have no obligation to perform any of the duties of the Servicer or Administrator.
