Common use of Owner Trustee’s Fees and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Owner Trustee’s Fees and Expenses. The Owner Trustee shall receive as compensation for its services hereunder such fees as have been separately agreed upon before the date hereof between the Depositor and the Owner Trustee, and the Owner Trustee shall be entitled to be reimbursed by the Depositor for its other reasonable expenses hereunder, including the reasonable compensation, expenses and disbursements of such agents, representatives, experts and counsel as the Owner Trustee may employ in connection with the exercise and performance of its rights and its duties hereunder.

The Owner Trustee shall be entitled to be reimbursed by the Depositor Owners for its other reasonable expenses hereunder, including including, without limitation, the reasonable compensation, expenses and disbursements of such agents, representatives, experts and counsel as the Owner Trustee may employ in connection with the exercise and performance of its rights and its duties hereunderunder this Agreement and the Basic Documents.

The Owner Trustee shall be entitled to be reimbursed by the Depositor Sponsor and the Trust for its other reasonable expenses hereunderunder the Agreements, including the reasonable compensation, expenses expenses, and disbursements of such any agents, representatives, experts experts, and counsel as the Owner Trustee may employ employs in connection with the exercise and performance of its rights and its duties hereunderobligations under the Agreements.

The Owner Trustee shall receive as compensation for its services hereunder such fees as have been separately agreed upon before the date hereof between the Depositor Advanta and the Owner Trustee, and the Owner Trustee shall be entitled to be reimbursed by the Depositor for its other reasonable expenses hereunder, including the reasonable compensation, expenses and disbursements of such agents, representatives, experts and counsel as the Owner Trustee may employ in connection with the exercise and performance of its rights and its duties hereunderhereunder and under the Basic Documents.

Owner Trustee’s Fees and Expenses. The Owner Trustee shall receive as compensation for its services hereunder such fees as have been separately agreed upon before the date hereof between the Depositor and the Owner Trustee, and the Owner Trustee shall be entitled to be reimbursed by the Depositor Holder of the Residual Interest Certificate for its other reasonable expenses hereunder, including the reasonable compensation, expenses and disbursements of such agents, representatives, experts and counsel as the Owner Trustee may employ in connection with the exercise and performance of its rights and its duties hereunder.

The Owner Trustee shall receive from the Servicer as compensation for its services hereunder such fees as have been separately agreed upon with the Servicer before the date hereof between the Depositor and the Owner Trusteehereof, and the Owner Trustee shall be entitled to be reimbursed by from the Depositor Servicer in accordance with the terms of such agreement for its other reasonable expenses hereunder, including the reasonable compensation, expenses and disbursements of such agents, representatives, experts and counsel as the Owner Trustee may employ in connection with the exercise and performance of its rights and its duties hereunderin accordance with the terms of such agreement.
