Common use of Owner's and Operator's Obligations Non-recourse Clause in Contracts

Owner's and Operator's Obligations Non-recourse. The Parties acknowledge that the Owner and Operator each has entered into this Agreement entirely on its own behalf, and in no manner on behalf of its Affiliates, and that neither Owner nor Operator shall have any recourse against any of the other's Affiliates, partners, joint venturers, officers, directors, successors or assigns for any reason whatsoever in connection with this Agreement.
