Owner’s consent. In the event of any change to the Annexation Resolution (as attached hereto and incorporated herein) without the Owner’s consent, any consent of the Owner previously provided to the Annexation Resolution shall be automatically withdrawn, and this Agreement shall be void and of no further force and effect.
