Owner’s Entry on Notice. A.Supplementing the provisions of Section 13.01 and 13.02, Owner agrees that except in cases of emergency, any entry upon the Demised Premises pursuant to the provisions of said Sections shall be made at reasonable times, and only after reasonable advance notice (which may be oral, mailed, delivered or left at the Demised Premises notwithstanding any contrary provisions of Article 27) and any work performed or installation made pursuant to said Section shall be made with reasonable diligence and any such entry, work or installations shall be made in a manner designed to minimize interference with Tenant’s normal business operations (however, nothing contained in this Section shall be deemed to impose upon Owner any obligation to employ contractors or labor at so-called overtime or other premium pay rates).
