Common use of OWNER’S ITEMS Clause in Contracts

OWNER’S ITEMS. It is understood that Owner shall pay for all customary Owner’s costs including, but not limited to, sealing ship’s stores, legalization of crew list, gangway, garbage dues, sick mariner dues, sailor’s home, mission to seamen, lifeboat institution at each port and, when off hire, fuel for domestic services. Owner shall be responsible for settling all of its expenses directly with agents.
