Common use of Owner's Liens Clause in Contracts

Owner's Liens. (a) There are no Owner's Liens attributable to ------------- the Trust Company on the Trust Estate or the Indenture Estate, or on any part of either thereof and the execution, delivery and performance by the Trust Company of the Operative Documents to which the Trust Company is a party will not subject the Trust Estate or the Indenture Estate to any the Owner's Liens.
