Common use of Owner's Notice of Closing Date Clause in Contracts

Owner's Notice of Closing Date. The Owner agrees to give the Pass Through Trustee and the Indenture Trustee at least two Business Days' telecopy or other written notice of the Closing Date, which Closing Date shall be a Business Day, which notice shall specify the amount of each Pass Through Trustee's Commitment for the Aircraft. As to each Pass Through Trustee, the making of its Commitment for the Aircraft available in the manner required by Section 1 shall constitute a waiver of such notice.
