Owner’s Representations. Owner represents and warrants that as of ----------------------- the Delivery Date (i) legal title in the Vessel will be held by Owner, (ii) unless the Head Lease shall have been terminated, Owner shall be the lessee under the Head Lease, which shall be in full force and effect, (iii) Owner's rights to the Vessel shall be subject to no Owner's Liens, and (iv) the description of the Vessel set forth herein will be true and accurate in all material respects.
