Owner’s Right of Occupancy. A. The Owner may occupy or use all or any portion of the Work following Substantial Completion, or at any earlier stage of completion. Should the Owner wish to use or occupy the Work, or part thereof, prior to Substantial Completion, the Owner’s Project Manager will notify the Contractor in writing and identify responsibilities for security, maintenance, and insurance.
