Owner’s Right to Review the Work. (a) Owner and persons designated by Owner shall at all times have access to the Work whenever it is in preparation or progress and EPC Contractor shall provide proper facilities for such access and for a detailed review of the Work by Owner. If Owner discovers any Defective Work in connection with any review, it shall report such Defective Work to EPC Contractor and EPC Contractor shall, at no cost to Owner, immediately correct the defective work.
