Ownership and Account Structures. ‌ When you open an Account, the Account will be opened under one of the following ownership structures. When you set up an Account with us, you are solely responsible for determining, and advising us of, the appropriate ownership structure of your Account and we assume no responsibility to advise you how any ownership structure affects your legal and/or insurable interests.
