Ownership and License of Intellectual Property. 39.1.1 If any intellectual property is developed by the Contractor and/or its employees, agents, Contractor, representatives or Subcontractors for the purpose of performing the obligations under this Contract during the Term, such intellectual property shall belong to the Owner.
