Ownership and Operation. Upon completion of the construction, HEP or ALON, as applicable, will own all Capital Improvements to the Refined Product Pipelines and the Refined Product Terminals, and will operate and maintain the Capital Improvements in accordance with Applicable Law and recognized industry standards.
