Common use of Ownership and Possession of Loan Files Clause in Contracts

Ownership and Possession of Loan Files. With respect to each Loan, as of the related Transfer Date, the ownership of the related Obligor Loan Documents shall be vested in the Borrower as part of the Collateral to secure the Obligations, and a security interest in the related Obligor Loan Documents shall be granted and pledged to the Agent pursuant to the Loan Agreement, and the Collateral Custodian shall take possession of the Loan Files as contemplated in Section 2.04 hereof.
