Ownership and Possession of Note Receivable Documents. With respect to each Transferred Note Receivable, as of the related Transfer Date, the ownership of the related Note Receivable Documents shall be vested in the Buyer as part of the Collateral to secure the Obligations, and a security interest in the related Note Receivable Documents shall be granted and pledged by the Buyer to the Agent pursuant to the Loan Agreement, and the Collateral Custodian shall take possession of the related Note Receivable Documents as contemplated in Section 2.04 hereof.
