Ownership and Retention of Rights. GFD acknowledges that the FactSet GeoRev(TM) datafeed and the Marks are the exclusive property of FactSet. Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, FactSet reserves all rights to the FactSet GeoRev(TM) datafeed and the Marks, and this Agreement shall not be construed to transfer to GFD any ownership right to, or equity interest in, any of the foregoing or the Intellectual Property rights pertaining thereto.
