Ownership and Security Interests; Further Assurances. The Issuer will take all action necessary to maintain the Indenture Trustee’s security interest in the Receivables and the other items pledged to the Indenture Trustee pursuant to the Indenture. The Issuer agrees to take any and all acts and to execute any and all further instruments reasonably necessary or reasonably requested by the Agent or any of the Purchasers to more fully effect the purposes of this Note Purchase Agreement.
