Ownership and Use of Confidential Information. The Executive will maintain in confidence during and subsequent to the Executive’s employment any information about the Company and its affiliates which is confidential information or which might reasonably be regarded by the Company as confidential and will not use that information except for the benefit of the Company. In this regard, the terms and conditions of the Confidentiality and Invention Assignment Agreement are incorporated herein by reference and the obligations and responsibilities set forth therein shall survive the termination of Executive’s employment regardless of the reason for the termination.
