OWNERSHIP AND USE OF THE RESULTS (INCLUDING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. 1. The Contracting party must fully and irrevocably acquire the ownership of the results under this Contract including any rights in any of the results listed in this Contract, including copyright and other intellectual or industrial property rights, as well as all technological solutions and information contained within these technological solutions, produced in performance of the Contract. The contracting party may exploit them as stipulated in this Contract. The Contracting party must acquire all the rights from the moment the results are delivered by the expert and accepted by the contracting party. Such delivery and acceptance are deemed to constitute an effective assignment of rights from the expert to the Contracting party.
