OWNERSHIP AND USE OF THE RESULTS (INCLUDING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. The Agency obtains full ownership of the results produced under the Contract (including copyright and other intellectual or industrial property rights). The Agency obtains these rights for the full term of intellectual property protection, from the moment the results are delivered by the expert and approved by the Agency. Such delivery and approval are considered to constitute an effective assignment of rights. This transfer of rights is free of charge.
