Common use of Ownership by Client Clause in Contracts

Ownership by Client. All trademarks, service marks, copyrights, and other intellectual property or other rights now owned or hereafter in any graphics, text, logos, images, colors, logos, end user data, or similar content provided by the Client or its licensors to Stock-Trak (“Client Content”) are and will remain the sole and exclusive property of Client and its licensors.
