Ownership by the Exchange. The Exchange retains ownership of the Exchange Systems and all rights, title and interest therein, including all inventions, patents, copyrights, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights associated with the Exchange Systems, and Member’s sole rights in relation thereto are those granted under this Member Agreement.
