Buyer acknowledges that (A) Seller or its Affiliates own all the proprietary rights to Seller Marks and (B) Buyer gains no ownership rights to Seller Marks licensed under this Agreement and gains only the limited right to use Seller Marks subject to the terms of this Agreement. Seller and its Affiliates reserve the unrestricted right to use, and to grant others the right to use, Seller Marks. Buyer will display the trademark and service xxxx notices for Seller Marks that Seller requests. Buyer’s use of Seller Marks and any goodwill generated from their use Execution Copy inures only to the benefit of Seller or its Affiliates. Buyer will not directly or indirectly contest or challenge the validity of Seller Marks or the rights of Seller and its Affiliates in Seller Marks. Any content displayed on any website containing any Seller Xxxx must be pre-approved by Seller.
