Common use of OWNERSHIP/FLAG Clause in Contracts

OWNERSHIP/FLAG. Owner undertakes that the Vessels will not change management, flag or be sold or otherwise disposed of during the currency of this charter without prior approval of Charterer, not to be unreasonably withheld.
