Common use of Ownership in Company Clause in Contracts

Ownership in Company. All ideas, inventions, trademarks, and other developments or improvement conceived by Executive, alone or with others, during the term of employment, whether or not during working hours, that are within the scope of Company's business operations, or that relate to any Company or Company Subsidiaries work or projects, are the exclusive property of the Company. Executive agrees to assist the Company and Company Subsidiaries, at its expense, to obtain patents on any patentable ideas, inventions, trademarks, and other developments, and agrees to execute all documents necessary to obtain the patents in the name of the Company or Company Subsidiaries.
