Ownership & License. You agree that the Bank retains all ownership and proprietary rights in the Services, associated content, technology, and website(s). Your use of the Services is subject to and conditioned upon your complete compliance with this Agreement. Without limiting the effect of the foregoing, any breach of this Agreement immediately terminates your right to use the Services. Without limiting the restriction of the foregoing, you may not use the Services (i) in any anti-competitive manner, (ii) for any purpose which would be contrary to the Bank's business interest, or (iii) to the Bank's actual or potential economic disadvantage in any aspect. You may use the Services only for non-business, personal use in accordance with this Agreement. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from the content and agree not to reverse engineer or reverse compile any of the technology used to provide the Services.

Ownership & License. Eidolon games owns & reserves all rights, title and interest in and to the Service, and all data and content included therein, without limitation any games, titles, including any game content such as computer code, objects, characters, dialogues, concepts, artwork, animations, catch phrases, sounds, musical compositions, audio-visual effects, methods of operation, documentation, in-game chat transcripts, character information, recordings of games played using Eidolon games game client and server software. Eidolon games owns and has rights to use any content that appears in the Services. You agree that you have no ownership, right or title in or to any content that appears in the Service, including without limitation (a) “Virtual Goods” or (b) “Virtual Currency” appearing or originating in any Eidolon games Services, whether earned in a Service or purchased from Eidolon games, or any other attributes associated with an Account or stored on the Service. You agree & acknowledge that you have no ownership or other property interest in the Account, and you further agree and acknowledge that all rights to the account are and shall forever be owned by Eidolon games. Eidolon games hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable limited license to access our Services for your non-commercial entertainment use only, conditioned upon your compliance with these Terms or Use. Unless expressly granted a license by Eidolon games in a signed writing, you may not reproduce, distribute, copy, exchange, modify, decompile, translate, lease services or any works from Eidolon games’ intellectual property. Any violation of the ownership or use not in accordance with these Terms of Use is expressly prohibited and may result in severe civil or criminal penalties.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from the content and agree not to reverse engineer or reverse compile any of the technology used to provide the Mobile Deposit Service.

Your use of the Services is subject to and conditioned upon your complete compliance with this Agreement. Without limiting the effect of the foregoing, any breach of this Agreement immediately terminates your right to use the Services. Without limiting the restriction of the foregoing, you may not use the Services (i) in any anti-competitive manner, (ii) for any purpose which would be contrary to ANCHOR D BANK’s business interest, or (iii) to ANCHOR D BANK’s actual or potential economic disadvantage in any aspect. You may use the Services only for non-business, personal use in accordance with this Agreement. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from the content and agree not to reverse engineer or reverse compile any of the technology used to provide the Services.

Ownership & License. You agree that we retain all ownership and proprietary rights in the service, associated content, technology, mobile application, and applicable website(s) and you acquire no rights, title or interest in the RCD Service or the intellectual property rights in or to the RCD Service. Your use of the RCD Service is subject to and conditioned upon your complete compliance with the RCD Terms and Conditions and your compliance with all applicable laws relating to the RCD Service. Without limiting the foregoing, you may not use the RCD Service (i) in any anti-competitive manner, (ii) for any purpose which would be contrary to our business interest, or (iii) to our actual or potential economic disadvantage in any aspect. You may use the RCD Service only for lawful business purposes in accordance with these RCD Terms and Conditions and the Agreement, and not for any personal, family or household purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from the content and agree not to reverse engineer or reverse compile any of the technology used to provide the RCD Service. You agree not to transmit any virus or other disabling feature that may have an adverse impact on the RCD Service, its associated content, technology, mobile application or website(s).
