Ownership; Modifications. Ownership of the NEC Products and any software made available in connection with the NEC Products, is retained by NEC or its licensors. NEC retains the right to modify any features of the NEC Products in its sole discretion or may cease offering a particular NEC Product at any time in its sole discretion. Agency Partner shall have no rights arising from any such change to the NEC Products.
