Ownership of American Regent Intellectual Property. American Regent shall retain all of its right, title and interest in and to any Intellectual Property owned by American Regent. For clarification purposes, the Parties agree that nothing herein grants, or constitutes an agreement or obligation to grant, to CytoDyn, or any of their Affiliates or other Third Party any right, title or interest in, to or under any Intellectual Property owned by American Regent.
