Common use of Ownership of Arising Information and Inventions Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Arising Information and Inventions. Licensee shall own and retain all right, title and interest in and to any and all Information and Inventions that are conceived, reduced to practice, discovered, Developed or otherwise made by or on behalf of Licensee or its Affiliates under, or in the performance its obligations or exercise of its rights under, this Agreement, whether or not patented or patentable, and any and all Patents and other property rights with respect thereto.

As between the Parties, Licensee shall solely own and retain all right, title and interest in and to any and all Information and Inventions that are conceived, reduced to practice, discovered, Developed developed or otherwise made by or on behalf of Licensee or any of its Affiliates under, and/or its and their respective employees and agents under or in performance of the performance its obligations or exercise of its rights under, the licenses granted to Licensee pursuant to Section 2.1 (Grants) under this Agreement, whether or not patented or patentable, and any and all Patents and other intellectual property rights with respect thereto.
