Ownership of Biological Materials. All right, title and interest in and to the Medarex Mice, the Mice Materials and Antibody Materials shall at all times remain with and be vested in Medarex. Subject to Sections 3.5.1 and 13.4.4, all right, title and interest in and to the Antibodies shall at all times remain with and be vested in Celldex.
