Ownership of Buses. The Operator agrees that it shall be solely responsible for procurement of Buses. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Parties agree that during the Contract Period, ownership of Buses shall remain with the Operator and the Operator shall cause all Buses to be registered in the name of the Operator and the Authority shall not exercise any right, title, or interest over any of the Buses, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
