Common use of Ownership of Client Software Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Client Software. As of the Effective Date, and at all times thereafter, Client shall be the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title, and interest in and to the Client Software, including, without limitation, all intellectual property and other rights with respect to the Client Software.
