Ownership of Collaboration Results. All inventions and discoveries shall be owned by the party making the invention or discovery. Any inventions deemed to be jointly made by the Company and the University shall be owned jointly by the Company and the University and subject to their respective license. Record title to patents and patent applications for University Inventions and/or Selected Inventions shall be held by the University. Record title to patents and patent applications for inventions made jointly by the University and the Company shall be joint and subject to their respective license.
