Ownership of Confidential Information and Inventions. Confidential Information and Inventions are solely the property of Company. Employee agrees that Employee does not have any rights, title, or interest in any of the Confidential Information or Inventions. Nonetheless, Employee may be recognized as the inventor of an Invention without retaining any other rights associated therewith.
