OWNERSHIP OF CONTRACT, FORMS AND OTHER MATERIALS. Any Contract forms, riders or materials developed or used by Security Benefit in connection with the relationship between Security Benefit, Investment Services, and Price Associates under this Agreement and the Related Agreements shall remain the exclusive property of Security Benefit.
