Common use of Ownership of Customer Content Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Customer Content. Customer retains all right, title and interest in: (i) any data, files, attachments, text, images, and other content that Customer or a Customer User uploads or submits to the Platform under this Agreement; and (ii) any reports produced by Customer in connection with use of the Platform (collectively, “Customer Content”).
