Ownership of Data and Records. All rights, title, and interest in (i) the Study Materials, (ii) the Protocol, and (iii) any other scientific, technical, business, or other data or information relating to the Investigational Drug or this Agreement that is disclosed to the Institution by the Sponsor shall be the sole and exclusive property of the Sponsor.
