Ownership of Derived Content. Matterport will own all right, title, and interest (including all copyright, patent rights, and other intellectual property rights) in and to all information or data that Matterport derives from Customer Content, including 2D and 3D assets as well as from the analysis of Aggregated and Deidentified Data, including without limitation measurements, square footage, labels, space indexing, data and technology, computer vision and machine learning derived from metadata from uploaded content and created from machine learning processes.
