Common use of Ownership of Designated SBG Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Designated SBG Subsidiaries. The Holding Company will take such action, and will cause each Designated SBG Subsidiary, so long as it shall remain a Designated SBG Subsidiary hereunder, to take such action from time to time as shall be necessary to ensure that such Designated SBG Subsidiary (and each of its Subsidiaries) is (i) if such Designated SBG Subsidiary (and each of its Subsidiaries) is a Non-Media Subsidiary, at least a majority-owned Subsidiary of the Holding Company and (ii) otherwise, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Holding Company.
