Ownership of Documents and Materials. Publication and dissemination of the project results are of fundamental importance to both the State and the State Educational Institution. The State Educational Institution is free to publish in academic journals, present at symposia, or use any results arising out of the performance of this Contract for its own internal instructional and research, or publication (i.e. graduate theses and dissertations) objectives. Any publications or presentations referencing the State shall be made in accordance with this Article.
