Common use of Ownership of Documents; Audit Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Documents; Audit. 12.01 All draft and final reports, plans, drawings, studies, maps, photographs, specifications, data, notes, manuals, warranties and all other documents of any kind or nature prepared, developed or obtained by CONTRACTOR in connection with the performance of Services performed for the CITY shall become the sole property of CITY, and CONTRACTOR shall promptly deliver all such materials to CITY upon request. At the CITY’s sole discretion, CONTRACTOR may be permitted to retain original documents, and furnish reproductions to CITY upon request, at no cost to CITY.
