Ownership of Drawings and Other Data. The Consultant agrees that all Designs, Drawings, Specifications, notes, and any other work developed in the performance of this Agreement, including that which may exist in electronic format, shall be and remain the sole property of the Owner and shall, upon request, be turned over to the Owner. The Consultant further agrees that this documentation may be used on any other work without additional compensation to the Consultant. With respect thereto, the Consultant agrees not to assert any rights and not to establish any claim under the design patent or copyright laws. Any reuse of such documents without written verification or adaptation by Consultant for the specific purpose intended will be at the Owner's sole risk and without liability or legal exposure to Consultant.
