Ownership of Equity Interests in Grantors. The Company agrees and covenants that it will at all times own, directly or indirectly, 100% of the outstanding Equity Interests (including all voting, economic and other rights associated therewith) in each Grantor, except for the rights of the Collateral Agent hereunder with respect to the Equity Interests in any Grantor that is a Pledged Company.
