Common use of Ownership of Filings and Approvals Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Filings and Approvals. Anthra shall own all rights, title and interest in (a) all Registrations and other submissions to governmental authorities made pursuant to this Agreement, and (b) all Approvals made or granted with respect to the Product in the Territory.
