Ownership of Improvement Patents. Ownership of an Improvement Patent that is based on or derived from Broncus Existing IP or Broncus Future IP shall reside with Broncus. Ownership of an Improvement Patent that is based on or derived from Asthmatx Existing IP or Asthmatx Future IP shall reside with Asthmatx.
